Why I LOVE Crystal’s Courses
I have completed Make Over Your Mornings and went through the videos of this 15 Days to a Healthier You course. Here are a few of the reasons I absolutely LOVE Crystal’s courses and recommend them!
- The modules are short: The whole course takes ~2 weeks to complete. Each day there is a short video that takes no more than 8-10 minutes to complete and the action for each day takes 5-10 minutes. You can spend longer if you would like but the course can be completed in about 15-20 minutes per day and you will still get a LOT out of the course.
- The topics are relevant: Putting an emphasis on our health is extremely important to how we live our lives.
