I love to reflect back on the previous year and think about everything that happened.  It’s wonderful to remember the happy moments as well as learn from the challenging experiences that popped up as well.

I loved completing this challenge last year.  While it was definitely more difficult than I thought it would be, it’s a great challenge to stop bad spending habits and also stop the inflow of unnecessary stuff into your home.  I also share a free printable guide and tracker to complete your own no-spend challenge!

This past year was the very first time I took a step back from making resolutions for myself.  Instead, I chose to focus on one word for the whole year.  And it was a GAME CHANGER for me!  I chose the word BREATHE as my guiding word and ended up learning so much about the importance of breathing and how I tend to hold my breath in certain situations.

Digital clutter is a big challenge for so many of us in today’s digital world.  We have files on our phones, our computers, and now even on the cloud.  We have social media accounts with tons of people and companies we follow but don’t necessarily know in real life or even LIKE to follow.

This four-week challenge is all about clearing space in our digital world.  Sometimes, this digital clutter feels like “out of sight, out of mind.”  But for me, it’s almost just as bad as physical clutter.  If we have so many files saved on Evernote or so many emails in our Inbox, how will we even be able to find what we need when we need it?
